The Techno Classica in Essen is Europe’s largest and most popular classic car show.

Imagine a football stadium size hall that featured all things Porsche. It was a cross between a swap meet and Porsche car corral. Most if not all the cars were for sale. Some of the prices on average condition cars were astonishing, even with the difference in the exchange rates.

It was a unique opportunity to visit with some of our European counterparts (restorers/specialty dealers) and complete some networking. Overall, Essen was a blast and I would recommend attendance for any self professed car nut
