Awards
Road Scholars Restorations began restoring special Porsche’s in just 2008. We founded our restoration shop out of the desire to control our own projects and perform work at the highest standards. In a short period of time, we have garnered top awards in the Porsche Club of America’s national concours competition at their annual convention, the Porsche Parade. We launched by winning a Zuffenhausen Achievement Award for our very first project. Our list of accomplishments may be compact but it is also fast-paced:
2008 – Porsche Club of America National Parade Concours in Charlotte, NC:
Zuffenhausen Award 295.1 out of 300 points – 1963 356B Carrera 2 Cabriolet.
2009 – Porsche Club of America Parade National Concours in Keystone, CO:
Performance Division Overall Winner 295.1 out of 300 points – 1959 356A Convertible D.
