This 1996 C4S was picked up new a Beverly Hills Porsche and has lived a pampered life ever since. The paint on this C4S was to sample in the color that must make Porsche cringe, Ferrari Fly Yellow. Never needing any paint work, a clear bra has been added to keep her pristine and she has rarely sat outside overnight. Traveling only 33,000 miles over the past 15 years, with regular maintenance performed, this C4S has served its owners very well. When new, full power seats with lumbar support and heaters were compliment by the supple leather and crest in the headrest were substitute for sport seats. Light window tint, polished exhaust tips and wheels are the only things added since delivery. Truly one of the best, one of a kind C4s’s available.

This 1953 356 Porsche is truly a rare “Barn Find”. The previous owner purchased the car from his girlfriend’s father (a doctor)  over 24 years ago as it was being repainted. He had the car painted Black and used this Pre-A 356 to carry him back and forth to collage (3 hour drive) in Chapel Hill North Carolina. The car was purchased out of Danville, Virginia by the Doctor many years before.

For everybody looking for a Split window or Pre-A 356,  here’s your chance for a numbers matching complete car with all of the hard to find pieces still intact. The car will need to be completely restored (floor pans and battery pans will need replacing) but as I said all of the hard to find trim pieces are present and is only missing the spare, jack, toolkit and date stamped wheels. We have been chasing 356’s for many years and most of the “Barn Find” 356’s are long gone or picked over, here’s one that is not.

This D’leteren roadster is absolutely stunning!  Porsche records indicate 248 T-6 bodied Roadsters were built in Belgium by D’Ieteren Freres during late 1961 for the 1962 model year, and they were the last of the 356 Roadsters. It would mark the final evolution of the Speedster.
The Fjord Green paint is near-flawless and the gaps are as the D’leteren factory made them. The convertible top an leather interior are also in fantastic shape. The chassis of the car is very good and show marginal wear and tear from cruising around on nice days.

The original 75 hp “S” engine has been substituted for a”Super 90″ making this a blast to drive on those back country winding roads. To further enhance the drive we have equipped this car with chrome 51/2 wheels and modern tires. This Roadster is very nicely detailed and needed only a minor sprucing up of the front trunk area and tuning to make it show worthy. This is one of the nicest, drivable roadsters I’ve seen in a long time and deserves to be enjoyed.

This 1958 Speedster came to us from sunny Florida where it has resided for over 10 years and has been enjoyed. Our Speedster has the distinction of being painted one of the rarest colors to leave the factory, Orange! Available from 1954 to 1959 this factory “Special” color was only placed on 27 Speedsters to leave the Reutter Factory.

This 930 is one of the rarest production Turbos in existance, a 1975 homologation 930 with only 16,000 kilometers.  The Turbos produced in 1975 were available to only a few well-connected Porsche enthusiasts.  The car was introduced the October 1974 Paris Auto Show – and it created quite a stir.  Porsche’s legendary turbocharged racecar prowess was coming to street cars.  The Turbos were packed with standard features (and a long option list supplemented them), helping Porsche justify the princely (for 1975) price of $26,500.

The car we present here is one of only 282 930 Turbos built in 1975 and undoubtedly one of the very few 100% original examples left.  The paint, interior and engine have traveled only 16,000kms since new and “Wow!” does the car show it.  The original paint is essentially flawless; the 35 year-old leather is incredible; and the engine is beautifully detailed.  This 930 comes to us from one of the world’s premiere Porsche collections.  The 1975 Turbos were not available in North America but two of them were exported to Mexico.  This 930 was discovered in Mexico and driven accross the border by a well-known Porsche enthusiast from Houston.  He had the car for many years before selling it to a professer in the area who displayed the car at Rennsport Reunion II at Daytona, where a good freind told us about the car.  We went to see it – and the rest is history, as they say.  We believe we are presenting the only opportunity a Porsche enthusiast will ever have to purchase a 100% original 1975 Turbo.  Naturally you would expect our price to be reflective the car’s scarcity and outstanding condition – but try us.

In January 1989 Porsche unveiled the new Type 964 Carrera 4 to the world, featuring Porsche’s new all-wheel-drive system. With eight years of intensive development and with fewer than twenty percent of the parts carried over from the previous-generation 911, the Carrera 4 was hailed by Road and Track as the ”best handling Porsche road car ever built.” Can one ever forget Porsche’s first painted and integrated bumpers and rocker panels?  And that 3.6-liter engine with 247 horsepower was almost irresistible as I stared through the window of the Porsche showroom, fresh out of college and without a job. That $69,500 price tag was already insurmountable and when you added special paint, leather interior, a CD player, you soon approached $80,000.  “Holly cow! I would never be able to afford a C4.” That was then and this is now. Here is the only chance you will ever have to buy a BRAND NEW 101-mile 1989 Carrera 4, complete with a 1989-only special paint in Forest Green.  We believe this car is truly the rarest C4 on the planet. This car is virtually brand new, “still in the wrapper,” and as flawless as the day Porsche built it. You may not be 25 all over again but you will surely feel it behind the wheel. The good news is that the price has not changed much from the original MSRP, so you saved a ton of inflation losses by waiting 20 years to purchase your new Carrera 4.

This is a one owner 1981 924 “S’ package car with only 100 miles on the odometer. It is literally brand new, with the window sticker and optional “S” package sheet still on the rear glass from the original dealer, Stoddard. The car features the original spare wheel, tool kit, and brand new air compressor. This is a rare opportunity to own a piece of Porsche history and would be an excellent candidate for concours competition.

Brief History

The overall styling of the 924 was penned by Dutchman Harm Lagaay, a member of the Porsche styling team in the mid 1970’s. He created the hidden headlights, sloping bonnet line and grille-less nose giving the car its popular wedge shape. The car went on sale in the USA in July 1976 as a 1977 model with a base price of $9,395.

For 1980, A five-speed manual transmission of Porsche’s own design replaced the Audi five-speed unit on all 924s.  Fifth gear was now a true overdrive gear. Porsche made rear disc brakes standard on all 1981 models.

The non-turbo base engine was upgraded from 110 horsepower to 115, through higher compression ratios made possible by better emissions and fuel mixture control from a new three-way catalytic converter in the exhaust.  Standard 924s had a 1980 base price of just under $16,000 (for comparison, a Mazda RX-7 started at $8,295 and the Nissan/Datsun 280ZX started at $9,899).

SPORT PACKAGE

Available both in both 1980-81, an optional Sport “S” package equipped 924s and 924 Turbos with rear disc brakes (1980), stiffer shock absorbers for less body roll, and added a rear anti-roll bar to complement the front one. The “S’ Package also got you 16-inch wheels wearing 205/55-16 tires.  Other than a standard three-spoke leather covered steering wheel, interiors were similar to base models. While the option package caused some sticker shock with a price of nearly $2,000, Porsche did not seem to have trouble moving an abundance of cars so equipped.

The “S” packaged cars and other 924  special variants are garnering interest in collector circles; and while a few still exist, excellent examples of are nearly impossible to find these days.

The spring of 1972 was a good one for Ken Merkle of Dearborn, Michigan. April in Michigan offers the first glimmer of hope for nice weather, and Ken’s Bahia Red 911T arrived at Wood Imports on Gratiot Ave. in Detroit.

This was Ken’s third Porsche. His 1969 912 was stolen shortly after delivery and was soon replaced with a 1970 911T, which he traded eventually for this 1972 model. The week after purchasing this 911, Ken installed a state of the art stereo which resides in the car to this day.

Ken was in the food business and knew the value of a dollar. For that reason this 911 survives virtually untouched. The memories of the runs he made to Toronto and Chicago make Ken smile even today.

This 911T was garaged during the harsh Michigan winters, which kept the mileage very low. The service record begins with the original 600 mile service up to the 26,000 service in 1980. Ken sold the car in 2004 with 35,000 original miles.

Since receiving this pristine ‘72 we have performed a complete engine out service, a full detail and installed a set of Michelin XWX tires. This 911T comes complete with the original window sticker, service records, and jack and tools. Factory options include a 5-speed transmission, light alloy wheels, stabilizer bars, rear tow hook, retractable antenna and speaker, S appearance group, air conditioning, and tinted glass.
